Standard bank..the biggest **** bank
I had an account and a revolving loan with standard bank. I lost my card and struggled to receive a replacement. Ended up cancelling/ closing the account. I recently paid up the loan with a settlement agreement and till today I have not received confirmation/communication. The loan still shows it's active with an outstanding balance after 6 months. Went to 2 separate bank branches but dololo assistance.
