Standard Bank's unauthorized R99.99 debit order saga!

Standard Bank has done the unthinkable to me, i have unauthorized debit orders of R99.99 and they are being returned. The problem i have is that I am being charged an amount of R146.27 to reverse these transactions, this has lead my account to sit at an Overdraft of +-R1500 . the whole day today i have been sent from pillar to post and not receiving any assistance in the call centers. The last person i spoke to from the Collections department basically told me that this is not her department's problem.

I have been with this bank from my high school days, its so sad to be treated like this and not getting any assistance, is it fair that the bank charges me for something even the bank is failing to control???? The bank is allowing the R99.99 companies not just to rob me of R99.99 but also im being charged R146.27 everytime when that happens.

The response i got from Standard bank is that they have no control over the R99.99 companies, so in the meantime i have to pay crazy bank charges of R146.27 everytime an unauthorized R99.99 goes off my account! how ridiculous is that????????
