Standard Banks Terrible system is saved by the amazing staff
This is a followup from my previous complaint about standard banks pathetic systems. The only reason i am still with standard bank is because of your excellent staff. The day your pathetic ATMS set me back 1 and a half hours, i was ready to switch to FNB or Capitec, in fact i was on the phone calling to see what they offer. If it was not for Staff , Sandra Rowlands, Reshma, Nomfundo and Celiwe Khulu, i would have changed banks. I know it wont make a difference to standard bank to loose a small client like me, but i wont always be small, and i wont need my bank then, i need a bank that supports me when i am a nobody.
