STANDARD BANKS STUPID MISTAKES!!!!!!

I recently opened up a new account with standadrd bank,a consultant by the name of Siyanda Nkomo sent me my HR confirmation lettter,today is the 25th and im supposed to get paid.....turns out the account number they supp**** my HR department with is a closed account and now i have to wait 5-6 working days for them to reverse the money back in my company's account and then only i will be paid.<br> Now i call the general banking as i need something in writing with my new account number from my bank to my HR and i spoke to Matshidiso you advises i must go in the branch to get the new banking details confirmation.<br> <br> LETS GET ONE THING STRAIGHT I AM NOT GOING INTO THE BRANCH BECAUSE THIS WAS NO FAULT OF MINE THIS WAS STUPID STANDARD BANKS FAULTS AND NOW I MUST RUN AROUND FOR A BANKING CONFIRMATION LETTER,,,I WILL NOT!!! I WANT THE LETTER WITH MY NEW ACCOUNT NUMBER BY NO LATER THAN COD TODAY!!!
