Standard banks **** service

Your service is pathetic. How on earth do you 1stly debit funds from my wifes account that I sent to her after you have already debited the loan amount on the agreed date. We call customer care and your agents know absolutely nothing and transfers us to another person who was not also made aware of our issue. To top it all off you dont even call back after the line disconnects.

Your name says it all. The service is most definitely standard and nothing special. You pride yourselves on being such a great institution however you guys have lost the plot a long time ago.

I demand that you reverse the ******** debit and reimburse us with the airtime that we had to use to call in to your pathetic call centre...
