Standard banks RCA nonsense

So i opened a revolving loan with Standard Bank. I asked for R60 000 as im getting married end of February 2019. Ive been making payments for the wedding as the weeks click down. I now tried to make a payment with the last R5000(internet banking tells me i have R4910 available)left of the loan and im getting a RCA amount has been exceeded. What the hell. I asked for R60 000 because thats what all the wedding stuff will come to. And now im falling short. So why did i open a dam loan if i cant get the full amount i asked for. And the consultant never told me of this RCA or that i wont get the full amount i asked for. This had made me and my Fiancè very uneasy. And standard bank is going mess this wedding. Thinking i should move to another bank because of this,customer of 25years and this is how im treated.
