Standard Bank's Poor service

What a pathetic service Standard Bank is providing. I made arrangements with Standard bank to stop all debit orders going of my account but it was never done. I had to go back to the bank 3 times before it got done. I recently started having an income again and advised standard bank to open my services but still not allow debits to go through but gues what, multiple of services providers debit my account without my permission and now I'm told there is nothing they can do, exactly who is Standard Bank servicing? because its definatly not me. We waited 3 HOURS to be assisted at the Festival mall Branch and still be told that there is nothing that they could have done.
