Standard Bank's poor service and lies have left me and my 2 children without food and electricity for days now and still no help

Standard Bank's bad service and lies have left me and my 2 children with out food and electricity for days now. I am a single father of 2 young children and I was retrenched in June'19. I found work close to home and started working 30 September'19. To make it through the month, I asked my company for a R3000 advance on my salary and to pay it into my Standard Bank cheque account. The company also banks with Standard Bank and transferred the money on Thursday 3 October'19, so when the money was not in my account on the 4th I phoned the bank to find out if anything was wrong. Standard Bank informed me that my cheque account was closed and as a result, the money would be sent back to the sender/my company. Thabo from Collections informed me that this would take 4 days. I informed my company of this and they said that they can only give me another advance once the money is back in their account. I waited until the following week Thursday 10 October'19 at which time my company informed me that the money is not reflecting in their account yet. By this time I had very little fuel in my vehicle and we were running out of food at home and dangerously low on prepaid electricity. I phoned the bank on Thursday and was informed that they will escelate the query to the relevant department and provide me with feedback the following day. No one phoned me so I phoned the bank on Friday only to be informed that the cannot trace/ find the money. It was suppesed to go into a suspence account from where it would be transferred back to the account where the money was paid from. I then phoned Standard Bank on Monday 14 October'19 and spoke to Ongiwe, a team leader in Transactional banking, who assured me that my query is receiving their full attention and will be resolved quickly because the reversal of payments only take 11days from date of transfer (not 4 like Thabo originally told me) which means that the money should be back in my company's account on On Tuesday 15 October19. On Tuesday my company informed me that the money was still not in their account so I phoned the bank again. This time I spoke to Bellah who later phoned me back to inform me that the money was found and she is waiting for confirmation on when it will be paid. Bellah phoned me back on Tuesday to inform me that the department that is responsible for the reversal has commited to pay the money on Wednesday 16 October'19 and that they are paying it into my savings account and not transferring it back to my company because that will speed up the process. She also told me that it could take up to 48 hours. I informed her that they have already passed the 11 days that the bank claims issues like this is resolved in and that I need the money now because I literally dont have food in my house because of it. Bellah prommised me that my query will reseive priority because it has already passed the normal time it takes for issues like this to be resolved. On Wednesday morning 16 October'19 I was contacted by Thako who informed me again that the money was found and that they are paying it into my savings account and not transferring it back to my company because that will speed up the process. I thanked her and asked her when this will happen. She prommised to phone me back the same day to update me. She never phoned back. On Thursday morning 17 October'19 I phoned the Standard Bank and asked to speak to Ongiwe, the team leader, because my money was still not in my account as prommised. Ongiwe informed me that this process takes up to 6 days...I told her that she is unrelaiable and that this banks service failures and lies from their consultants have caused me and my family to go without food and electricity for days now and that this has already taken 15 days and is still not resolved, at which point she put the phone down on me... This is the service that Standard Bank gives their customers. This is the level of compassion they have for a unique situation where people are going hungry because of their servise failures. I have still not received a call back from Standard bank and i still dont have my money. On Tuesday 15 October we had only bread left to eat. On Wednesday 16 October the electricity ran out and we are sitting with no power. I feel helpless and dont know where to turn but someone will pay for the suffering that this bank has cause me and my children. You disgust me Standard Bank!
