Standard Banks Pathetic service

I have made arrangements with the bank before I left the country, making sure that I wouldn't have banking problems whilst travelling. Most of what I arranged does not work from here. They expect me to call the internationally and hold the line for hours at my cost. I've sent numerous emails to no avail. I'm sitting in a foreign country which I have sent money from and the bank doesn't acknowledge these funds. They are pathetic!!!
