Standard banks non-existent financial advisors

<p>I went to Standard bank Campus square to meet with a financial advisor 2 weeks ago. It turns out they don't work on weekends. I left my name and number and was told I would be contacted. Nothing happened. I called and called and even sent an email on the 25th of July. No answer. Then went to the Standard bank Cresta and the same scenario, the finacial advisors don't work on weekends and I left my name and number, then I received a call and the advisor scheduled an appointment with me to call me on the 27nth of July, but NEVER called. I have to hunt down the services of these people what is the point of having phones is they never answer them or emails if they don't get back to clients. The service is absolutely POOR. I've been calling and trying to get assistance for weeks and NOTHING, how will clients receive a service when advisors dont work on weekends or take calls. This is absolutely frustrating</p>
