Standard Bank's FICA process.

I actually want to give Standard bank 0 stars. I've been banking with them for 17 years. Now my account has been frozen because of this FICA thing. I took a certified copy of my id and proof of address. Now the want an unabridged marriage certificate! That will take 6-8weeks from DHA. In the meantime my account remains frozen and I have no money. I explained this to the bank, wrote emails, spoke to a machine on whatsapp but they don't reply to mails and the humans working there feel a f##k. I'm sincerely disappointed and will definitely close my account and tell everyone about this nightmare experience
