Standard banks false promises
I have been a customer with sandbank for over 20 years, never ever have i experienced service from a financial services institution like standard bank has provided. They are a bunch of ***** and con artists, Received emails and sms`s regarding my payment holiday approval then after received a email from a collections agency stating my home loan account is in arrears. I have been chatting to numerous agents regarding the resolution of my query but nobody has been helpful or providing feed back. If this is not resolved i will be taking this to the media.
