Standard bank’s estates and Will’s

I have been trying to resolve my fathers estate for the last 3 months now and I have not received any feedback from Standard bank wills and Estates. I have sent numerous emails and made several calls and I have not received any feedback. It has been difficult time and having to go through all this frustration is compounding the situation. Langa Ndzukulu is apparently dealing with the estate but I have no response and I wonder if he is still employed there or if my dad's file is sitting on a desk somewhere
