Standard Bank's ****************

I have a vehicle that is financed by Standard bank at R 800 000.00 and have already made contribution of +- R 550 000.00 towards the payment of the car for more than five years and at the moment the car is left with 16 months to be fully paid. In 2018 i encountered financial difficulties due to being retrenched from work for eight months and the car was payed in that period an amount of R 14900.00 monthly installment and only a month of areas that was not paid. It happened that i was reinstated with a decrease in my salary at my previous work in May 2019. During the month of June 2019 i could not pay the full installment, but an amount of R 8500.00 was paid toward the installment and in July 2019 an amount of R 10 000.00 towards the installment was paid. At the moment my personal information has been given to three debt collectors, and i have tried to engage with Standard bank to apply for restructuring of my Vehicle finance account and they declined it stating that there is a balloon payment on the account. The debt collectors are threatening and bulling me to surrender the car or they will repossess the car and sell it during the month of August 2019 if the full areas of R 29000.00 and full installment are not paid. I engaged the debt collectors to make arrangements to pay the full monthly installment and an affordable amount towards the areas, and to my surprise they refused stating that Standard bank reviewed my account and came to a conclusion that i don't qualify for any arrangement. i use this car for for my work. MORETHAN 5 YEARS IN THE DRAIN. IS THIS HOW YOU MAKE YOUR PROFIT WITH CONSUMERS?
