Standard Bank's bad service from Complaint Resolution Centre

So after I logged my second complaint standard bank only got back to me a few days later with a simple "Please accept our apologies for the delay in responding to your complaint" no reason was provided for the delay. This was on 22 Feb 2019, 13:38. I then responded at 22 Feb 2019, 13:48 only to get a response again on 25 Feb 2019, 13:39. My response followed @ 25 Feb 2019, 14:44 where I explained everything AGAIN after the 11th time! I have requested all recordings between myself and the bank and I have also asked for a solution to resolve the issue as they cannot expect me to pay over R2000 for unauthorized debit orders which they have been made aware of. Bernadine Naidoo from the Complaint Resolution Centre at Standard Bank shows very little interest in resolving this issue and since she is not answering her phone or responding to my emails I hope that I will get feedback from her shortly after this.

I am still getting the messages advising me that the account is overdrawn and that I should call ********** 468 which I have done so numerous times but each time getting less help than the call before. I no longer use the account as I cannot trust the bank with my money. I have provided standard bank with all the information they need to progress this issue but nothing is being done.

I need standard bank to RESOLVE this as I have wasted enough of my time bouncing between calls and emails trying to get this cleared. This has been months now and Bernadine Naidoo has been aware of this for months.

PLEASE HELP ME!
