Standard bank....eish

Hi there. A hour after I posted my review on Wednesday morning they responded to take note and look into the matter pronto. Their pronto will probably be 4 weeks at least. Not even a phone call. End of the month they will add another huge insurance premium on a paid up h/loan that the insurance was cancelled on the 1/11/19..... And they dont PAY BACK THE MONEY. Out of previus experience I know that. Their legal team is at work. At this time I want to quote the difference in premiums of Old Mutual and them on the value basis. It is HUGE. Could be a wake up call for plenty. Will do that next week if they ignore me.
