Standard bank.Credit card
I have a credit card with this bank. I am using this forum to warn people against them.
I have paid them for 20 months and only used them once in more than a year. Interest is charged at the highest rate. Although you keep on paying your balance hardly drop. I have sent them numerous emails to ask them to supply me with a statement for the past 2 years. Every query sent to them is rep**** by different people.

08 Jan 2019, 15:28I have asked simple questions- why is your interest rate so high. Can I have a statement for the past 2 years? Also can I have a settling amount. Seems very hard for you to answer. I will not send my ID no to you or any other organization. Even on this forum you do not reply to my queries. Bad bad client services.
