Standard Bank ZA is one awful institution

I think I will follow suit with those who deem/see standard bank as a useless bank in South Africa that does not care about its clients. This Bank renders poor services to clients like no other bank that I have been to before. I app**** for a loan on Tuesday and did the verification in one of their branches and I was promised that the payout will be made the next. It was never made and here I am three days later I am told that the Bank does not have a clue of what is happening. Like really? I cancelled two flights with hope that they'll help me with the loan that was approved online. The only thing I heard from them was that its an IT issue. Well, thanks to you Standard Bank I am no longer going to pay my last respect to a woman who raised me. I am so peeved by the manner in which this case was handled.
