Standard Bank you ***** and Time wasters

Standard Bank offers loans and credit card increases but doesn't follow through. They go so far as sending the approved documents and loan contract through to your email and then you don't get the loan. They keep you on the phone for an hour increasing your credit card to astronomical amounts and then you never see the increase. Waste of time. This after you have banked with them for years and years. Don't offer and get people's hopes up and then decline. It's all just lies lies lies.
