Standard Bank you Gem

Standard Bank, dear Standard Bank..

I went in to go and close my accounts with Standard Bank as i have moved over to First National Bank.. i do however still have my credit card with Standard Bank.

Now, i asked a simple question, "How do i transfer funds into my credit card from my FNB Cheque account because if i load it as a credit card it does not pop up?" jip, you guessed it, no response...

lets move on... I called the call center to inquire about my credit card interest... (which i still dont know btw...) i asked the call center agent if my cheque account and savings account has been closed yet...? She was delighted to inform me that my card has been put in for collections, a cheque account, with a 0 balance and no overdraft... really?

And yet my accounts are still no closed? No it is expected of me to go back into the branch to go and do what had to be done the first time i was at the branch... Really?
