Standard bank you are disgusting
I took out a loan with standard bank in 2005 it was a 5 yr loan I never really noticed that this loan has been ongoing since and they have been deducting ever since but the amount stays the same I then went to the bank to find out what was going on last week the consultant told me he could not even find the contract.
I then received a message the next day saying your query has been resolved and they will be in contact with me. We'll I'm still waiting for them to contact me.
It has been more than a week ago l requested a statement from the start of this transaction to date mind you a 5 year loan running for 18 years unheard of.
This bank has been taking money from me for 18 years and nobody even picked it up from their side
I am not happy with this bank.
I am disgusted by this and don't even know what to do with this
