Standard bank - Yet again dissapointed

<p>Standard bank - </p> <p>I Have a home loan with standard bank since 2013 - and have been paying via ballon installments monthly - at first i was able to pay the extra however i now need my installment to be fixed and cannot afford the high ballon amount.</p> <p>No one in the call center helps and each time i call - they said i cannot change teh type of payment .</p> <p> </p> <p>Totally not helpfull at at all and have been a loya customer of STD for over 10 years and wanting to change to FNB - a company that values they customer and able to assist</p>
