Standard Bank would rather elderly customers catch virus than get help

Standard Bank don't care for elderly customers with medical conditions and would rather they catch the virus rather than get help from a trusted family member to use the atm. Sister was ****** at atm when drawing money for mum. Security tried to help to no avail. Now Standard Bank won't help and my elderly mum has no money
