Standard Bank would not renew my 90 days bond notice

Good day.

I need to renew my 90 days notice on my bond.. 53-511-554-7 The trainee at standard bank that answered my call 1 week ago, refused to renew it for me over the phone and she said I had to call on the 26th Dec to renew it. I told her the 26th Dec is a public holiday she assured me that the bank would be open today (26th Dec) I told her today was a public holiday and she assured me that the home loans department would answer calls on the 26th Dec. I spent 25 mins on a call with her 1 week ago for her to tell me that she could not renew my 90 days notice on my bond.

Kindly send me my new notice of 90 days. If it's lapses with Today being a public holiday the standard Bank needs to take responsibility for it because the trainee would not renew it for me 1 week ago and she said I have to call back on the 26th Dec. Which is today and it's a public holiday.

Kindly urgently send me my new 90 days notice for the attached bond.
