Standard bank worst service EVER

I myself had to get change urgently and as our store is just down the escalator from Standard bank, I ran up to get some change from them seeing that they are always said to be so friendly and lovely, well let me tell you, this is not the service I received!!!! I was contemplating moving banks to Standard bank, but thanks to the very rude service I received from the tell I will never put my foot back in any Standard bank again!!!<br> <br> Let me tell you something I am in the service industry and your service SUCKS!!!!!!<br> <br> I will however take my business to the Nedbank in future as there at least they know how to treat clients with respect without laughing in their faces and being a real *****!!<br> <br>
