STANDARD Bank worst service!!! APPALLING ****

Standard Bank is the worst!!! I regret taking a home loan with them. I took out a home loan with Standard Bank recently November 22 when I signed the quotation it clearly stated in black and white that ... 1. I will recieve 1000 Ucount rewards after registration on of my Bond ....2 .I will recieve 3 months free banking upon registration of my Bond....3 I will recieve certain percentage off my installment for opening an account with Standard bank my bond was registered on the 25th November 22 and Guess what? non of the above has been auctioned, no Ucount rewards added, no free banking, no percentage off I sent an email to the consultant who drafted the quotation and was helping me through the process he has no responded it's been 3 weeks because they going to get my money they dont care now, I called the home loans department a lady said she will handle my query going foward its weeks later no feedback whatsoever Appaling service!!!!. To me this was false advertising and I'm dissapointed that such a BIG bank is incomepetant lying to potential customers to get them to come bank with you! I REGRET taking a home loan with you FNB was so much better this too me is like a **** false advertising! Never bank with Standard bank.
