Standard Bank worst service!!!!!

Standard Bank! I am beyond horrified with your service! I app**** for a re advance on my home loan a month ago!!!!! I was told 5 to 10 working days!! I keep phoning and I get the same story that it is at the verification process, I then get told last Friday that the person who was dealing with my application has been sick! (so why was my application not handed over to someone else.)I then was told i would get a call the same day! I am still waiting! No communication from you what so ever! I have escalated this 5 times and yet nothing has been done about it! where is the customer service here! all my accounts are with you and this how you treat your customers!
