Standard Bank worst private banker

Mthokozisi Lushozi is the worst private banker you can find in the industry, I was a ***** victim back in March, I asked him to arrange for a new card. It's Mid July and I still don't have a card. To make matters worse I app**** for a building loan, it's been 3 months... Shocking service.
