Standard Bank worst experience ever

I have a revolving credit loan account with Standard bank and have not been working hence I couldn't pay it so I made an arrangement and informed the bank that I will be receiving money around end of month I did inform the bank that i will be making a payment around march as I will be back at work and apparently R6600 was deducted from my account with no communication whatsover and was told I should have made an arrangement with the attorneys. I informed the bank that I must make arrangements with the attorney as if I bank with the attorneys. The attitude from these consultants lacked respect in all essence and I am appalled by the so called Standard Bank policy especially the Grant guy, I am appalled with my so called bank and I foresee myself closing all ties with this stupid bank as it takes advantage of people's adversities. <br> Infact, I am going to open an account with a different bank and never pay my loan if thats the case.
