Standard bank worst ever!!!! Moving backwards

I had an acess loan with standard bank which I closed. I called 3 times to make sure its closed I also got the paid up letter. This weekend on the 07 jul 2018. I was debited for 6100. From my account from standard bank for a loan that was already paid for I went straight to the Phoenix branch trying to seek help see what went wrong. The answer was my loan wasnt closed but its showing closed on they system how frustrating this is? They took my money and wanted to release it on monday. I need funds my wife was due for a c section that day I said to the consultant I need my funds I ended waiting till today which is monday. I called standard bank now they telling me the money will bounce back cause the loan is closed but they dont know when? I mean my goodness I have bills to pay things to do u cant jus take a large amount of money and say it will bounce back. Im very disappointed I will be changing bank soon.
