Standard Bank - Worst Business Bank
Standard Bank is the worst Business Bank I have ever worked with. No-one answers their emails, the phone operators have no clue what they are doing. The Business-bankers and Forex Bankers have no idea what procedures are and how to get clients request done. I have been struggling to close a Business Account with Standard Bank for over a year. I have several reference numbers and no-one has a clue as to what to do. The worst Business Bank ever!
