Standard Bank - worst Bank to go into the branch
Never go to a standard bank branch again. Lines are always long. Now worse since it’s Covid. You can easily wait 2 hours to be served. Eastgate branch and Alberton branch are probably the worst.
I have waited hours to even do the smallest thing like collecting a new card.
