Standard bank worst bank to deal with!!

I have never dealt with Standard Bank not even once without my blood pressure going up and a lot of issues!!! It is truly unbelievable. Worst bank ever!!! and I did move to another bank (thank goodness) but my home loan is still with SB unfortunately. So I fail my security check - as if I don't know what is going on in my life - twice!! now I am blocked - really!!! I want to move the debit order date. So last week they told me they can only do it this week. Now this week they cannot do it either!!! No customer service, useless, unfriendly, unhelpful hateful ban****!
