Standard bank worst bank rather go with fnb

I have been trying to open a savings account for over a month.someone came to see me took all my documents never heard from them again went into the branch at the glen.they said charity will phone me that was a week ago.i logged a complaint on the complaints web page still no one gets back to me.about a year ago I opened an account with FNB it took 20 minutes online and I was sorted what a pleasure.FNB is great standard bank you got a lot to learn hopefully you learn before it's to late.
