standard bank worst bank of all time

So the only reason standard bank will call you is if you take time to write a review via compliant. Almost an entire month later, all I have received from them is generic sms at 22-15 every night, which may I add is a real irritation, cause that really shows their level of caring for their customers, that nobody can take time to inform you about anything, until their computer adhere to pre settings. I received one call after writing a review on hello peter where all sorts of promises were made, but were unsurprisingly not kept. I was told I would be updated about progress on the case which was already 2 weeks overdue, on their promised 4-7 business days turn around time. Nothing of the sort has happened and on the promised day of resolution, their employee sends an email, just as they are about to knock of at 15-28. Honestly the level of anything shown by standard bank is the worst level of caring, manner of approach, proffessionalism and even any sort of capability in doing anything. I actually now understand why their branches are always full and their ages of their clients. If you have any intention of staying in business or even safe keeping your hard earned money, you should definetly consider any other bank, definetly.
