STANDARD BANK: WORST BANK LATELY

I have been using standard bank in the past 14 years, but the past two years has been the worst of all years. Now I understand why they were so badly affected by recession. My cards got de*****ed month in month out. Lately my wife's card has been de*****ed during December, she stopped the card and ordered the new one that she received two weeks back. The same people de*****ed her again yesterday yet she has never been in contact with anyone on the new card this time. Our accounts are not linked yet her debit order goes through my account, mxm. They failed to resolve this matter for the past two months. standard bank sucks. I've been trying to close that account for the past 2 days yet one problem after the other, agh maan. And now I must suffer because of this as if it is my problem why they can't close the account. spending money up and down trying to close the account. having to pay extra cost for immediate transfers trying to settle the account.
