Standard Bank Worst Bank In The World!!!!
I've been charged withdrawal fees but I'm supposed to be getting 3 free withdrawals monthly as per the type of accoun I opened which I pay a monthly service fee.
Called General banking and I was advised that the pricing guide changed but I was never aware nor have I ever received any communication from the bank. The consultant just told me it was my responsibility to check the pricing guide yearly.
I am truly not happy with your service.
