Standard Bank WORST Bank in SOuth Africa

Me, My Girlfriend and Motorcycle dealer have been struggling to firstly get in touch with Standard Bank since Tuesday morning regarding a Settlement amount on a account of a vehicle that is in my Girlfriend's name. I would like to say they are utterly useless and have zero client relationship. they said it would take 24 hours on Tuesday and still to this moment we haven't received anything. the new deal has been approved and we are just waiting on a settlement that Standard Bank doesn't get back to us. They don't respond to emails, they don't answer their phones for hours and eventually when you get in touch with them, the consults simply say they cant do anything and give you just another reference number. My girfriend is going wants to move all her accounts to Fnb and Wesbank as Standard Bank is the worst Bank in South Africa. I would like to give them a rating of 0/5 Stars but unfortunately the lowest is 1/5.
