Standard Bank Worst Bank in SA

Worst customer experience ever from Standard Bank. I have been on a telephone call for almost 3 hours and been in a branch for another 2 hours. A total of 5 hours spent and still no one can help me close off all my standard bank accounts. Please can a competent standard bank employee contact me so that I can close all accounts with Standard Bank. I have been sent from department to another and told many stories of why that particular department can't close the accounts. All my accounts are on a Zero balance but they Standard Bank won't let me close this. This customer service is the reason I moved to Discovery Bank. I would not recommend anyone opening a standard bank savings, cheque, credit or loan account at all.
