Standard Bank Worst Bank in SA

Worst bank in South Africa. I opened a Standard bank account in August 2019 and moved all my details to Standard bank and requested a Will be setup at the Menlyn Branch in Pretoria as this is apparently the only branch that deals with Wills. When I went the first time to setup the Will, I waited over an hour to see the consultant, thereafter we sat for another 45 minutes to no avail due to system issues. I was then told they would get in touch with me to setup a new meeting, a was not called again. I send three follow up emails and still wait for someone to remember I need my will done!!! Do not move to Standard bank, I am moving back to FNB which is 100 times more efficient!!!!!
