Standard Bank Worst Bank Ever

Standard Bank is by far the worst bank ever on this planet.I have been trying to close my 30 day notice account and each time I attend their branches I am being told the same story of my account being blocked.I have provided the bank with all the documents they have.I have been to the bank 3 consecutive times over the past 3 weekends.

Standard Bank please improve on this, as this is a complete waste of time because I keep getting the same feedback with no solution. This is extremely disappointing
