Standard Bank Worst Bank Ever

The worst experience I have ever had with a bank. Please do not open a standardbank account for ANY reason. Their enterprise banking team is disorganized, misinforming clients of what to do and reluctant to resolve matters in an amicable way. They take ages to come back to you and their modus operandi is to not communicate at all, leaving their clients unattended. Their escalation channels do not work, and they make promises they cannot keep. I would seriously recommend you go to FNB. Much better customer service there.
