Standard bank Worst bank by far

Absolutely pathetic. Writing this review a week and 6phone calls and 6 mails later with no results. I sold my vehicle and was settled 2 moths ago and they deducted the payment the following month when I phoned and reported it they gave me a email address to mail the proof of settlement to. I did that and received a email saying the will contact me within 24hours and the you hear nothing since then I mailed 5 times with same message and no come back. I phoned and they said the refund is in process and will pay out in 3 days it has since been 5 days and no one helps. Standardbank is the worst bank ever used with no customer service.. I keep phoning them so there im losing more money but they will not mail back phone back or pay back. My next step is legal steps
