Standard Bank - Worst bank

I am so sick and tired of standard band the pathetic service that they are offering me over an upgrade that was supposed to be easy and timeless. It has been 3 weeks and even after my complaint no one has been intouch with me. They get UTI to deliver my card without speaking with me and now UTI refused to deliver the card as the delivery man had an issue with my proof of residence due to a POSTAL CODE!!!. I am so frustrasted!!!!Can someone please contact me so i may cancel this card and get rid of this nightmare situation.I have complained last week on Hellopeter and to date no one gives a flying fish about this entire situation.
