STANDARD BANK WORSE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Not even 1 Star - I need to change personal details with Standard Bank home loans. I have been trying to get a hold of them for 2 weeks now. I need to change my bank details so that they can debit the right account or else they won't get paid . I called and I get sent from 1 department to the next . I email and I get sent from 1 department to the next , You need to fire your staff, get new capable staff , train them properly and then continue with your business because right now your customer service departments all suck! 2 WEEKS - YOU MUST BE KIDDING ME!
