Standard bank wont refund me.
On the 24th of December I withdrew money at a standard bank atm using my capitec card but the money was retracted because I took too long to take it. I immediately went to capitec bank and reported it. Today on the 12th of January Capitec just send a message saying Standard bank is saying I received the money and I didn't because the money was retracted that's why I went to my bank to report it. Standard why is it so hard for you to refund me.
