Standard Bank Won't cancel the insurance policy on my iStore Card

<p>I have tried to email them ********** as indicated on the email they send me 5 times to cancel my policy within the cooling off period. I have also phoned them and spoke to the call center operator to cancel the policy, but still no reply. They have also debited my card with an R175 initiation fee which was not mentioned when they begged me to take this policy. </p>
