Standard bank wills are ****s

my dad passed away over a year ago in 01/01/2020 then I went to the bank on 25 August about his will and estate and I was wondering never contacted within their time period i went back to the bank no response until they final responded my request email they gave me numbers to call and no one picked up the phone then I sent a rude email and they sent a letter to say if I can afford i should find myself another lawyer who can handle the estate if I hvnt responded by 10 December they will take over till today nothing has been done or said am frastrated because my dad was with them for years and did the will with them please help i feel like they play with people they selfish and I wouldn't recommend anyone to do their Estate or will with them
