Standard Bank. Will move forward without customers soon

building insurance claim: It's been over 1 month that I have put in a claim and no one has got back to me. I was asked to get a contractor out as well to send a full report. Done that and becos of this now I'm paying a service fee to the contractor. Standard bank in my opinion are a bunch of fools no wonder they are closing down branch's.
