Standard bank will leave you in the lurch and in possible danger

This service is beyond satanic. I sent someone an instant money transfer, an hour later they're still waiting for this bank to send the voucher number. The person is stranded with other option but to wait until standard bank decides doing what a bank should be doing for its clients which is make their money available to them when they need it. An hour and ten minutes have gone by and their promise of "instant" means nothing. This is disgusting.
